Joe has been evaluating and designing medical devices for 29 years.  After getting his Master's in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, he joined the Feasibility Engineering group at Ethicon Endo Surgery, where he gained extensive experience in Design, IP assessment, Prototyping, Test Systems, Design Control Systems, and Product Pipeline Planning.  Since then, he has gained experience in large and small companies, as an Engineer, Manager, Director, and Vice President.
